Are Updates Included?

We update our software on a regular basis, and all users benefit from these bug fix and feature updates. In the future, we may offer additional services or unlockable content (aka In-App Purchases) in order to enhance or extend the Smile Designer Pro experience. Any extra content or services will be entirely optional.

What if I'm not Satisfied?

Our Premium Cloud plan comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact our support department and we will gladly refund your payment. After 30 days, the sale is final.

Is Support Included?

Technical support is included with all plans. The Premium Cloud plan also includes an optional Skype training session (English only).

Does the Premium Cloud plan auto-renew?

Yes, the Premium Cloud plan auto-renews each period and automatically bills the credit card we have on file. You can mark your account not to auto-renew at any time by visiting your Account page.

What's the difference between Pay Per Case and the Premium Cloud plan?

Unlocking Premium features on the Free plan gives you a chance to try out the simulation function on your own patients with no long term commitment. This is a cost-effective option to getting started with SDP basics. The Premium Cloud plan includes unlimited simulation cases, secure backup and synchronization of your data across devices, as well as the Auto-Assist accelerated workflow and options to share and collaborate with colleagues on SDP Cloud. It even includes a dedicated chat for each shared case so you can discuss your plan with the team.
