Are Updates Included?

We update our software on a regular basis, and all users benefit from these bug fix and feature updates. In the future, we may offer additional services or unlockable content (aka In-App Purchases) in order to enhance or extend the Smile Designer Pro experience. Any extra content or services will be entirely optional.

What if I'm not Satisfied?

Our Premium Annual plan comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact our support department and we will gladly refund your payment. After 30 days, the sale is final.

Is Support Included?

Technical support is included with all plans. The Premium Annual plan also includes an optional Skype training session (English only).

Does the Premium Annual plan auto-renew?

Yes, the Premium Annual plan auto-renews each period and automatically bills the credit card we have on file. You can mark your account not to auto-renew at any time by visiting your Account page.
